How does it work?
Each weekly class you will be guided through simple physical poses and mindful breathing tools based on interoceptive awareness - which basically means bringing more awareness to your body and less to your mind. This helps us move away from our default mode of anxiety, depression, negativity, etc... And if practiced regularly, keeps us out of the old default mode and in a more peaceful state of being.
